At SIR., we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original designer tags and hygiene seals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
